Pratt's printmaking studio includes two intaglio presses, a lithograph press, letterpress and photo exposing unit, more than 40 feet of glass-topped counter space, and a spacious work area with several large tables. The studio is completely equipped with an aquatint box, rollers, dry racks, flat files, a paper-soaking sink, a step shear, and ventilation hood.

JEWELRY AND METALSMITHING
Pratt maintains a fully-equipped jewelry/metals studio, with fifteen bench spaces, four soldering stations, a hydraulic press, a step shear, a rolling mill and much more, including a buffing and finishing room. The separate hollow-ware studio houses a collection of over 85 specialty hammers and stakes, as well as kilns for enameling and casting.

SCULPTURE
Pratt’s sculpture studio offers space and equipment for welding/fabrication, forging, stonecarving, and foundry work. Welding equipment includes MIG, TIG, arc, oxy-acetylene set ups and a plasma arc cutter. The foundry program features a 300 lb. natural gas metal furnace and a small 50 pound furnace. A stone sculpture program is housed in an outdoor work area, and includes access to air-powered and hand tools. Pratt’s forging studio offers anvils, hand tools, a large gas forge and an array of vises and jigs.
The hot shop accommodates blowing and casting. Equipment includes a 1,000 pound glass furnace, three glory holes, six annealing ovens, three high volum bench torches, two oxygen/propane torches, and an excellent selection of hand tools and pipes.
COLD SHOP Pratt's cold shop is eqipped with 2 flattening wheels, a diamond saw, belt sander, Merker cutting lathe, pre-polished resin and cerium station, hand lapping availability - in short - everything necessary to fully finish glass pieces.
The warm glass studio includes eight lampworking stations, a fusing kiln, a pate de verre kiln, and two hex kilns. The large covered working tables double as light tables for stained glass work.
