The Pratt Gallery at Tashiro Kaplan Studios is our off-campus exhibition venue in the heart of Seattle’s Downtown Art Walk. Join us for these free exhibitions the First Thursday of every month and Wednesdays - Saturdays from noon to 5pm.

Join us for Still Life: Objects on a Table, an exhibition featuring paintings, drawings and prints by Seattle artist Eric Day Chamberlain.  The exhibition opens on May 3, 2012 and will be on view at the Pratt Gallery at Tashiro Kaplan Studios through June 2, 2012.  

Eric  Day Chamberlain received an MFA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a BFA in Printmaking from the University of Washington. In January 2011, he was a resident artist at the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson, Vermont. He is the recipient of the 2011-2012 Seattle Print Arts Scholarship at Pratt, where he has taught for nearly 10 years.  Chamberlain’s prints have been exhibited locally and nationally.

 

The Pratt Gallery at Tashiro Kaplan Studios showcases the artwork of its instructors, students, and renters, demonstrating the quality, strength and range of talent that is cultivated and made possible by programs offered at Pratt Fine Arts Center.
