Updated Mask & Vaccination Policy as of 9-26-21

In alignment with King County’s mandate for attendance to recreational events and establishments, Pratt will require proof of full vaccination for all visitors over the age 12, including all employees, students, and access users. Alternatively, visitors may present proof of a negative PDR COVID test within 72 hours of attending.

Masks continue to be required for all attendees until further notice.

Verification of vaccination may be established by any of the following methods of documentation:

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card, or photo of CDC Vaccine Record Card

  • QR Code, digital or printed certificate from MyIRmobile.com (WA Department of Health partner website, My Immunization Records)

  • Vaccine administration record from a vaccine provider, including an individual’s doctor, pharmacy, or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including a photo or photocopy

As an alternative to providing vaccine verification, prior to entry individuals must provide digital or printed documentation from a testing agent, including a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy of:

  • A negative FDA-approved PCR test administered within the previous 72 hours of every visit

For Students:

  • Those enrolled in classes that start after October 25th must comply. Present documentation to your instructor in paper or digital form at the beginning of your first day of class.

  • Those enrolled in classes that start prior to October 25th and extend past that date must also comply. Present documentation to your instructor in paper or digital form at the beginning of your next class.

Refunds will be issued for those who cannot comply for any reason.

For Access Users:

  • All access users must present proof of vaccination before October 25th in order to continue working on campus.

  • Instructions for verification will be sent directly to access users.

  • All assistants who attend along with access users will need to have their vaccine verification accessible every time they visit campus (digital format OK) and may be asked at any time to present it.

Refunds will be issued for those who cannot comply for any reason.
