Updated Mask & Vaccination Policy updated 3-20-23
As the last local restrictions are lifted, we recognize that health policies are returning to normal and stabilizing.
Starting on May 1, 2023, masks will no longer be required in most spaces at Pratt, and we no longer require proof of vaccination. Instructors will exercise their discretion to require that students wear masks in their classes and that requirement will be noted in the class description on the website.
Students who wish to be in a masked class may ask for a list of classes that require masks from Customer Service.
While we are no longer requiring masks at Pratt, we acknowledge that wearing a mask helps keep the most vulnerable members of our community safe, which in turn helps support our mission of being an inclusive art-making community, and we recommend wearing a mask when using and moving through our space.
We will continue to revisit our policy on a monthly basis.
