Youth + Teen Art Classes & Camps in Seattle
Pratt is a place for young artists to get creative, get messy, learn new skills, and make something they're proud of.
Our Youth + Teen Programs invite artists ages 5–18 to explore everything from painting, drawing, and printmaking to glassblowing, jewelry, welding, sculpture, textiles, and woodworking in Pratt's professionally equipped art studios.
Whether you're picking up an art tool for the first time or already know exactly what you love to make, there's space for you here. Our professional teaching artists help young people experiment, build skills, take creative risks, and develop their own artistic voice alongside a community of other young makers.
No portfolio or previous art experience required. Just come ready to make.

Youth Fundamentals of Art | Ages 5–13
Build creative confidence while exploring drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and more. Pay-What-You-Can options help make art education accessible to more young artists.
Teen Classes | Ages 13–18
Go beyond the traditional art classroom and learn alongside professional artists in Pratt's studios. Explore glass, metal, jewelry, wood, 2D art, and more.
Family + Me Workshops | Ages Vary
Make something together. These workshops invite young artists and an adult, caregiver, or mentor to learn, experiment, and create side-by-side.
Youth Summer Camps | Ages 6–12
Spend a week making, experimenting, and meeting other creative kids through hands-on projects and different artistic mediums.
Teen Summer Camps + Classes | Ages 13–18
Spend the summer learning new techniques, diving deeper into a favorite medium, or trying something completely new in a professional studio environment.
ART SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE
We believe cost shouldn't be what keeps a young person from making art.
Pratt offers Pay-What-You-Can Youth Fundamentals, scholarships, and tuition assistance to help more young people participate in our programs.
